We do not file insurance and are considered out-of-network for most insurance companies, but if you believe your insurance plan covers the services we offer and will reimburse your appointments, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

• How many treatments per year am I allowed?
• Do I need to be pre-approved to receive (the service you are requesting)?

If your plan does cover the services we offer, we can provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed receipt that has all the information an insurance company needs to create a claim and issue reimbursement.
